Do You Sell to International Buyers
Yes I offer my items to international buyers in certain countries. If your country is not listed please contact me to be sure that I will ship to your country. I will need your postal code to calculate shipping. Buyer pays for all shipping cost, international buyers please keep in mind that when shipping internationally the cost are typically much higher and it may take longer to receive your item. Also the buyer is responsible for any duties/tariffs and/or customs charges that may be applicable regarding the item you purchased. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

What Shipping Carrier Do You Use?
I try to keep shipping cost as low as possible. So I have selected several shipping delivery options for you to chose from. Preferred method of shipping is the USPS but will consider FedEx or UPS. Please unless you are purchasing a media item such as a book, dvd, movie or the like please do not select media mail as your shipping option bc that will not be the correct method.

How do I know if an item is available?
Most items will be removed upon sale. However, to be on the safe side I would suggest that you contact me via email at addieraeoriginal@aol.com to be sure item is available before just making a payment.

What is required to purchase from your store?
You must have a valid email address and a Paypal Account. If after I send you my thank you note after you place your order and the email is returned unknown sender or similiar then I will not honor your purchase and it will stay open for a serious buyer. Until payment is received for the item and the item is marked sold anyone can purchase it. This is why it is best to pay via PayPal to insure that another buyer does not purchase an item out from under you.

Will you combine shipping?
Yes, I will combine shipping when possible on mutliple items but contact me first bc there may be a small additional fee.

Is Shipping Insurance Required?
Priority Mail comes with up to $50 already insured. If an item cost more than $50 I HIGHLY recommended that you pay for additional insurance. Although insurance is optional if you choose insurance the buyer pays all insurance and shipping cost. If you choose not to get insurance please be aware that I have absolutely no control over any damage to boxes or items during shipping and therefore will not be responsible for any items lost or damaged during shipping.

Do you accept returns?
Not unless the item has been grossly misrepresented which is HIGHLY unlikely. Some of my items are pre-owned and described as accurately as possible including any flaws. Questions prior to purchase are encouraged.
